Chad C. Harvey

Chad C. Harvey founded The Result Center in 2016 and is an executive coach, Vistage Chair, and AI strategy advisor with more than 25 years of experience spanning law, trade association leadership, strategic planning, and executive advisory. A graduate of Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law, he spent a decade as an association executive before building a consulting practice focused on helping senior leaders make better decisions, strengthen leadership capacity, and navigate disruption. His work bridges executive coaching and AI strategy, reflecting his view that technology decisions are ultimately leadership decisions.

Chad works with CEOs, presidents, and owners of middle-market organizations, typically ranging from $10M to $1.5B in revenue, on strategic planning, leadership development, and executive coaching tailored to each leader’s context. His proprietary Values Investment Process™ anchors the strategic planning work, using an organization’s core values as the primary filter for direction-setting. He chairs three Vistage peer advisory groups in Central Pennsylvania, leads the Transit CEO Exchange for transit authority executives, and facilitates a CTO AI Peer Group for technology leaders navigating enterprise AI adoption. He is also the founder and host of AI for the C Suite®, a weekly podcast and community learning platform that guides senior leaders to make practical decisions about generative AI. He edits the Daily Leadership Inspiration newsletter, published since 2016. Chad regularly keynotes at national events for organizations as varied as SHRM, KINBERCON, and the Pennsylvania Public Transportation Association.
