J. Kevin Fitzpatrick is the founder and Managing Partner of Cnesta Group, LLC, a boutique retained executive search and talent development firm based in Central Pennsylvania. He brings more than 40 years of combined experience across human resources, operations, executive search and development — including early HR career in local government and healthcare leading to more than a decade at General Electric (with executive development coursework at GE Crotonville), a role as SVP Global HR for a $750M division of Reed Elsevier plc spanning 36 international locations, and SVP HR leadership at The BISYS Group overseeing eight businesses. He had direct leadership roles in 30+ acquisitions and divestitures across multiple verticals.

Kevin works with Fortune 500, privately held, private-equity-backed and NFP companies hiring senior leaders in HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, EOS, Operations, and IT.
