Kirsten Yurich, MA, BCBA, LBA

Kirsten Yurich is an executive coach, Vistage Chair, and behavioral scientist with more than 20 years of clinical and executive leadership experience. A former mid-market CEO, she led Vista Autism Services and The Vista School in Hershey, Pennsylvania, advancing from Clinical Director to Chief Executive Officer across a 17-year tenure during which she expanded programs, grew operational revenue by more than $15 million, and co-authored Pennsylvania legislation creating professional licensure for behavior analysts. She holds an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University and a BA in Clinical Psychology from Lock Haven University, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.

Kirsten works with CEOs, founders, and senior executives navigating complex decisions, team dynamics, and what she distinguishes as alignment problems versus performance problems. Her coaching is identity-based rather than role-based and applies precision-measurement principles from applied behavior analysis to executive behavior change. She facilitates CEO peer advisory groups through Vistage Worldwide, consults with organizations through The Performance Thinking Network using the Six Boxes® Model, and serves as a Founding Practitioner with Be Generative. She is co-author of The Precision Teaching Book, host of the Executive Hustle podcast, co-host of the EarliPoint Exchange, an expert witness in behavioral health cases, and a board member of Morehouse Instrument Company. Based in South Central Pennsylvania, she delivers nationally as part of The Result Center Collective.
