Krista Beljan, SPHR

Krista Beljan is a leadership consultant and organizational development practitioner with more than 25 years of experience across human services, higher education, manufacturing, and the arts. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University, is a Certified John Maxwell Executive Coach, and is a DiSC-certified trainer. With more than 750 hours of coaching completed, she has facilitated leadership programs throughout the United States and internationally, including work with teams in Michigan, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, and El Salvador.

Krista co-founded The BLU Arc Collective, a change architecture firm based in Carlisle, PA, with Angella Dagenhart in January 2026. She partners with mid-market executives and senior teams to move from ambiguity to clear choices, cohesive leadership, and sustained follow-through on high-priority initiatives. Her practice draws on The BLU Arc Collective’s Five-Lever Framework for behavioral change — a structured methodology for helping teams navigate complex organizational realities. She was named a 2024 Central Penn Business Journal Women of Influence (Circle of Excellence) honoree.
